The villa, located at the entrance of Monopoly for those coming from the north, is only 500 meters from the sea and 1.5 kilometers from the center of one of the most beautiful town in Puglia, which will surprise you with the beauty of the landscapes, culture, art, cuisine and fun.
At only 5 km away is Polignano a Mare, with its charming terrace overlooking the sea and breathtaking scenery. Other "pearls" of the Apulia to visit are definitely the Castellana Grotte (14 km), Alberobello and its magical "Trulli" (20 Km), Ostuni and the Itria valley (about 30 km).

MAGNIFICENT VILLA WITH TRULY WONDERFUL HOSTS
"I LOVED everything about my stay at this villa- the wonderful owners, the quiet location near the beach, and the beautiful and large house. The hosts were incredibly friendly, kind and very helpful. Annalisa and her family made it a very pleasant holiday for me and my young family. Annalisa herself came to meet us at the airport with the driver for our transfer, and this was very helpful. Every request that we made was fulfilled without delay, and she made sure that we were comfortable. She and her family even took us to tour the centre of Monopoli and nearby towns, as this would not have been possible given that we had two toddlers to manage. The villa is just a 5-min walk away from a public beach and another private beach, and this was very convenient. It is also well-located for going to the centre of Monopoli and for visiting Polignano a Mare. The villa itself is beautiful- both inside and out! it is very large and well-maintained (it actually seems to be brand new). It has nice furnishings throughout and the layout is magnificent. It is the kind of house that makes you wish you were staying longer! my family and I would love to return one day.."

"Annalisa and her family welcomed us when we arrived their house. They presented the house and provided useful information about the area. They even took the time to drive together with us to show us the most important and interesting places nearby. Great hosts! The house was in excellent condition, exactly as presented on the photos. It had everything we needed, including a very nice outdoor dining area which we used a lot. The house is located in the end of a driveway and there was no traffic by the house.
